Trench Art. This "trench art" tank was created by a soldier during the Korean War to help pass the time. This miniature tank is made from a shell casing and was so admired by the soldier's superior that he confiscated it and mounted on the hood of his own jeep! |
Summer Youth ProgramTMM’s Summer Youth Program is very popular among summer day camp groups and is best suited for children ages 4-12. The Summer Youth Program is 2 hours and includes a guided gallery tour, artefact handling, 30 minutes to explore galleries and tanks on your own, and one of the following activities: a puppet show, marching drill, 30-minute play, or outdoor games. |
