Scott Waters

Scott Waters is a former Canadian Forces member serving with 3 PPCLI from 1989 to 1992, and has twice been selected to participate in the Canadian Forces Artists Program.

After his time in the Canadian Forces Scott received both a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from The University of Victoria and a Masters of Fine Arts degree from York University.
