Donna Coates

Donna Coates is an Associate Professor in the English Department at the University of Calgary. She has published numerous articles and book chapters on Canadian, Australian, and New Zealand women's literary responses (fiction and drama) to the First and Second World Wars, and to the Vietnam War in Australia.

She has co-edited, with George Melnyk, Wild Words: Essays on Alberta (2008) and co-edited, with Sherrill Grace, Canada and the Theatre of War, Volumes One and Two (2009 and 2010).
